hi gary, i am so proud. u have been putting in heaps of effort n staying strong even when it's stuff at times. your results show that...keep up the great work going to the gym n workouts. i would to have u do burnie challenge with adam i next next year, it will be great. i was also inspired after completng it, show me how unfit i really am n also has motivated me in quitting smoking to have healthier life. thank u o much for being there, meant alot. u are doing a awesome job so keep the great work up.
Thank you lovely.. It has been tough at times.. and some days seem harder than others, but I think the key is to try to surround yourself with positive people who are willing to help and encourage you. If you're surrounded by people who are either negative about it, or even people who don't give a toss... it makes it that much harder to get done. You really have to work hard to keep the motivation up if the people you see everyday are less than supportive..
But trust me, it IS possible to do it.. but you have to be strong enough to ignore that negative influence and be determined to achieve what you want to achieve.. regardless of what influences you have around you..
I've got my share on uninterested persons in my life.. and sometimes it really hurts that people that are supposed to be close to you couldn't give a rats ass what you've achieved... But, you do it anyway.. If only to prove to them you can do it without them!!!!!
